Rapid technological advances demand new skills and business models, often leaving smaller organisations behind.

Millions of people worldwide are employed in the creative industries, many of them working in small or micro-enterprises that are highly vulnerable to external pressures. Succeeding in this dynamic landscape requires strong global entrepreneurial competencies, including adaptability, innovation, and cross-cultural collaboration.

Cultural heritage institutions are also under pressure to adapt, as they work to preserve, manage, and share their collections in a digital age. Digitisation of artefacts offers tremendous opportunities for accessibility and preservation, but it also raises complex issues related to data standards, copyright, and digital sustainability.

Many institutions struggle with limited resources, outdated infrastructure, and the need for interdisciplinary collaboration. Ensuring equitable access to digital heritage while respecting cultural sensitivities remains a significant challenge. Our work supports the creative sector and heritage institutions by providing tools, strategies, and partnerships to navigate the digital transition and thrive in a rapidly evolving environment.

We believe that digitisation in cultural and creative industries and cultural heritage is not too much about technology, but rather about people — about the stories they tell, the memories they keep and a feeling of belonging to the community they create.
